Hello Sir: trying to know the extent of the approval of taking the body of my cousin brother Timothy Uchenna Okpalanma with the process number:235-18411890, from Italy to Nigeria as we already gotten the Turkish airline to fly his body down to Nigeria on Friday. I bought Turkish airline ticket for me and my daughter to travel on the 8th 0f December but unfortunately Nigeria was temporarily banned from from entering UK. I was told by the ticket agent that I have to pay again to be able able to reissue or use my ticket in future to travel. Please can someone help me out. Is this not a reap off and act of wickedness as other Airlines are not doing this to their customers.

All efforts to contact the airline staff to lodge my complaint was impossible as Turkish airline staff was very rude to and not ready to assist when contacted them. They have forgotten that they are being paid with money from customers.
