Cannot reach anyone who can assist me! My sister’s United flight was delayed over an hour at the Duluth MN Airport and may miss her connection in Chicago. She has heart disease and cannot run to make your connection. The numbers listed do not connect and the only one that did was to a reservation agent who said they cannot help me. I asked for any number or someone who could help me make sure there is a shuttle to pick her up at the gate and get her to her connecting gate. Lady said she cannot help me and hung up!! Worst service ever!!!
