it is so annoying, supposed to be a 5 star airline but you cant get through to anyone. They lost my luggage and I get no response!!
We have been trying to get a response from Qatar Airways for several months due to damaged luggage. We did receive an initial response with promises to assist but since then nothing despite numerous emails sent. Just shocking. Quick to advertise, market and sell tickets and about superior but very slow to non-existent help when requested and needed. What a shame for what should be a good airline. Disappointed beyond belief!!!!!
I bought tickets for the uk and the next day uk put up the ban to SA again. I cancelled my tickets, chose option to be refunded. Instead, we were debited twice!! One credit was made, and I am still waiting for the other credit, in spite of many emails. Tried to phone customer services, but that is terrible!!! Held on for 20minutes!! Eventually someone answered, who could hardly speak english, and wanted details that was so unneccesary!! Gave him flight nr, passengers initials, but he insisted on full names! Needless to say, nothing was solved!! Do Quatar realise what their customer services are doing to their reputation? I thought they were the best airline?? You gotta be kidding me!!! With such poor customer services I seriously doubt that😕
