Hello, please i need exact answer for my big problem. we have a flight from manila to Finland via narita ( 4 hrs connecting only) this coming July with my son and Finnish husband. When my husband book that ticket he did not notice that we need to tranfer ftom narita to haneda and depart from there to helsinki. We then found out that its impossible from us to do the transfer because of covid situation and this visa transit.
