Well, finally after so much we get a chance to book a much needed vacation. We see the great deal on Frontier Airlines and try to book online.. I’ve never had such an awful experience booking a flight .. this site doesn’t give you enough time to review or look to see what exactly you want to pay for always freezing and timing out ..and to make it worse once finding something worthwhile site freezes again and then Boom your seats are no longer available!!! Worst experience ever. They lost my luggage a week ago and cannot give me answers as to where it is. Terrible customer service, not helpful at all. Still cannot believe they lost my luggage, they show no empathy if reimbursement for the loss of my important belongings.
I am currently with my wife in Punta Cana DR and flew here on Frontier on 1/15. So far the bags have not arrived and we have no clothing and essential items. We were told that the suitcases went to Cancun by mistake and would be delivered to our hotel. Three days have come and gone. Can you help us locate our baggage and get it sent to us on any carrier?
My niece was suppose to be here for my wedding in my wedding party. I booked her a flight a month ahead, for the day before and her flight was cancelled. They claimed they couldn’t even get her a flight for the day of. They claimed they can only get her a flight for the day after. How is that helping me??? I will never fly this airline ever again!
This is the worst customer service and baggage claim agent I left sfo to Denver colorado 2 hour delay only me and another customer getting my boarding pass some how they put the wrong tag on my suit case arrive at Denver the show me and bag with my name on it I told agent at baggage claims this not mine so I go to fort Collins to be with my dieing mother frontier baggage claim person calls me and say I got your suitcase and they deliver the same bag that was not mine so I take Uber to Denver that cost 100 up and back so I’m mad as hell mother just passed away just 8 hours ago and the agents at baggage claim are rude and won’t listen to o what I’m saying I ask for a supervisor and the agent tells me if I don’t calm down she will call tsa or security on me I have no cloths and still have no cloths from Monday till today thrusday I guess t to wait four days to make claim no cloths for 4 days 500 dollars worth new clothes gone and my new suit for my mom’s funeral still waiting this airlines needs new agents at the Denver baggage claim one woman named Felicia was the de and told me to complain to corp about her rudeness I will tell everyone I know never fly frontier airlines
The same thing just happened to us only our luggages were stolen and we’re still trying to figure out how to be reimbursed for our luggages and belongings we to will never fly frontier ever again so our last resort is to contact corporate because customer service is terrible I can’t get any help from them at all
Shame on this airline , they lost my daughter’s bag on a direct flight . I get mistakes happen but the way they went about it was awful . We can not talk to anyone to even try to find it . We filled out a claim and that’s it , horrible experience, never fly with this airline again !!
This airline is the worst. My son was supposed to get on a flight and he got very ill due to Covid. They never refunded my money nor gave me credit for the flight. This has been going on since November. I called corporate office and they never answer. Will never fly with them again ever. Thinking about getting a lawyer. Hopefully you find someone that speaks English.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I’m a cancer patient and when I got my bag … a day later ALL my meds were taken out … along with the other items that were stolen. Thw flight was delayed Twice… I have yet to be compensated for my things ….And I was headed to a wedding!!!
I had 12 rounds of chemotherapy, 9 weeks of radiation, and a double mastectomy, and that was a better experience than using Frontier airline. Our flight was, to no surprise, cancelled 2 hour before the flight with out any notification. I signed up for notifications on my and email BTW. We try to call customer service, however, we now that they eliminated all human to human contact. We then tried the chat but it took over an hour for automated phrases to answer a question and help us reschedule. We had a cruise to catch one day later from Miami. The cancellation was not weather related. Frontier refunded our tickets, but we still had to pay the balance of any other flight on another airline. We had to add almost $1,400 to fly the next day out of LaGuardia airport. LaGuardia is almost 2 hours away from us. We also had to make a connection in Chicago in order to get to Miami. Our original flight was direct. It was a complete nightmare. They also have the most unsympathetic, unprofessional, dismissive, and above all the rudest agents.
