I was supposed to travel with Turkish Airlines from MCI to Ebb, for some reason they refuse me to board they wanted me to reschedule due the time limit for my journey because traveling for the burial i purchased another tickets, Turkish Airlines but my tickets on show oncall.. i tried to fight so they can take way nocall show since wasn’t true they refused keep on but me back and forth. At the end they put my tickets on open tickets where i have to pay the fine,since i was tired of going back and forth I agree, now they wanted to book the tickets in may, i called them in April and tell them that my son is not allow to travel due for medical reasons.. i request to continue putting my tickets open tickets until my son can traveling! They requested the letter from the my son’s doctor, I provide it, they did not want that, they requested another letter ,i went back to my son doctor he read through there request my doctor wrote another letter provide them with her contacts if they need more information. I sent it to Turkish Airlines, now they asking for diagnosis! They keep on asking for different things, they know very well that no health care provider is going to share the diagnosis with with Airlines of minor! This my son privacy what they need was to see the excuse from the doctor, the doctor told me that my son cannot travel due to acute disease at this time. But they are pushing because they want to keep the money! It is unspeakable.. frustrating,I travel every year and used Turkish Airlines several times but I knew that they can treat consumers like this . . It is horrible how they keep paying around back and forth.. with this feedback… so disappointed now what left for me to get the lawyers involved. 😕 i thought i could share this
I upgraded my seats on a Copa airline round trip to Aruba. Coming home leaving Panama to LAX they took the upgraded seats I purchased, sold them to someone else and place me and my husband in separate seats that were non premium. Are seats had been sold to someone else that I had purchase in January for this trip in may. I selected my upgraded seats and paid for them in January. No only did they take the seats, separate us put is in what was considered free seats but refuse to refund the money that was spend for the seats!!!!!! I am puzzled that I keep getting the same response “the upgraded seats were a part of you fare therefore no refunded is granted” does it take genius to figure out if I did not set in the premium seats and instead was placed in seats that I would not have had to pay extra for they wld refund my money. But no they feel entitled to keep my money place me in what is called a free seat and say have a nice day we are keeping your money. I am going to fight I work hard for my money and treated myself to and upgraded seat that I did not get and they refuse to give me back my money, I am not going to take I will fill a claim
