I had to fly from Lahore to Istanbul and last minute booking was nearly impossible. Just then my friend told me to call Turkish Airlines Office Pakistan for reservations and I did. To my surprise, they provided me a ticket, also I was lucky enough to have upgraded to business class.

I travelled TK from Lahore to its, may 13, Saturday , 2023. The female boarding gate staff did not know what she was doing. If TK wants to be competitive, they might want to get their staff properly trained, especially the Pakistani hijab lady with rude behavior and attitude Why a customer would pay business fare to get treated like a waste????
