    I cancelled my flights with justfly less than 24hrs after receiving my booking information and have waited on hold for over 6 hours and never speaking to a customer service agent. I’ve filled out at least 5 request forms and receive the exact same condescending reply each time thanking me, apologizing and telling me to “reapply”. I’ve never experienced anything as ridiculously incompetent as justfly. Their prices were apparently too good to be true.

    I’m am very very disappointed with this justfly agency. I’m been calling about 7days now holding the phone about 3hr to 3hr45 min. They answered after all this waiting I want them to rebook the ticket for my older parents but the give me ticket with no e-ticket number that they can fly with. And again I call to cancel it but they are not canceling and talking about I’ll loose money and all this fees. I say I don’t care but still no update from them . If anyone can help or know what to do.

    Justfly offers free first bag on their site and after purchase will inform you that you owe $30** in baggage fees. Bait and switch. Avoid this company!
